Do This to Create More Clarity, Energy, Joy

One of my 2025 goals is to work through any remaining clutter in my life, aka- technology clutter. We hide behind our clutter... Truth! We do! So, I'm curious. As I reduce my many overlapping uses of technology, where will I gain clarity?


 It's amazing how this works...physical clutter, calendar clutter, financial clutter, relational clutter, wardrobe clutter, paper clutter, and my focus area right now-technology clutter. I'm streamlining my use of technology and consolidating where I can.


Ladies, get curious as to what might be revealed as you peel back the layers on your clutter, not in one day...but one layer at the time. Focus on the small steps and their benefits on your life. To prevent overwhelm, set a timer for 15-20 minutes and give yourself permission to limit your time.

I encourage you to begin today. If you don't have 15 minutes, set a timer for 10 and choose your area of clutter to concentrate on. Decide where you have push back for organizing or addressing. The momentum will serve as inertia!


Starting is always the hardest part... consider it a gift to yourself. Build it into your daily routine/schedule. Reframe your mindset from what I NEED/HAVE to do to what I GET TO DO today to upgrade my life. It's amazing what you'll begin to notice about your life, what IS important to you, and what is NOT. You'll love yourself for it and enjoy more clarity, increased energy, greater joy, and an enhanced quality of life.


Question of the Day: Where is your clutter...is it the physical, calendar, financial, relational, wardrobe, paper, or technology clutter? Maybe it's all of them, and that's OK. Extend yourself some grace and choose just one area to focus your energy on. We get immune to our clutter, so you might have to be intentional to take notice. Become aware of those areas which slow you down or feel heavy in the back of your mind?


Set an intention for 10/15/20 minutes a day, then set your time and Move Forward!! 👏
